Is Taylor Swift actually a nice person?

Taylor is SUCH a nice person.
I know someone who was a HUGE Swiftie and had gotten concert tickets for she and her little sister for what would've been her FIRST concert. She found out 5 months before the concert that her kidneys were failing, and she was sad that neither she or her sister would be able to go. She posted a message about it online and Taylor commented a sad face and prayer hands. A few weeks later she got a DM from Taylor's management to check her voicemail.
Much to her surprise, she had somehow been moved up on the donor list. When she woke up from surgery the next week, Taylor was smiling in her face. Taylor then squeezed her HAND, gently untied the side of her hospital gown to reveal her scar and just when she was getting sad, Taylor lifted the side of her tank top, used a make up wipe, and revealed her own kidney surgery scar. The girl I know started weeping and whispering, “you gave me new life!” Over and over.
